Apple watch still synchronized to iPhone alarms and timers although setting is off in app

My problem is that I turned the alarm and timer function OFF on Apple Watch but still get them. I want my alarm only on my iPhone!

The reason being is that I tend to press the Digital Crown whenever my watch vibrates and I continue to sleep.

When the alarm is on my iPhone, I have to stand up and turn it off - keeping my awake.

Few months/weeks ago it worked just fine but suddenly it stopped (p.s. I don’t think it’s relevant but I installed the app: Brevel a week ago and deleted it again - maybe it changed some settings ..? )

der Schalter auf deinem Screenshot ist grundsätzlich der richtige: Watch-App auf dem iPhone > Uhr > Push-Hinweise vom iPhone. Wenn diese Option aus ist, sollten iPhone-Wecker und iPhone-Timer eigentlich nicht mehr auf der Apple Watch gemeldet werden.

Ich würde deshalb zuerst prüfen, ob auf der Apple Watch selbst noch etwas aktiv ist: Öffne auf der Watch die App Wecker und deaktiviere oder lösche dort vorhandene Wecker.

Schau außerdem in der App Timer nach, ob dort noch etwas läuft oder zuletzt verwendete Timer erneut gestartet werden. Falls du einen Schlafplan nutzt, prüfe auch den Aufwachalarm in Schlaf bzw. Health.

Gerade Schlaf-/Aufwachalarme können sich anders verhalten als ein normaler Wecker aus der Uhr-App.

Danach würde ich beide Geräte einmal neu starten, zuerst das iPhone, dann die Apple Watch. Falls es danach weiterhin passiert, den Schalter Push-Hinweise vom iPhone einmal kurz aktivieren, wieder deaktivieren und erneut testen.
