Hi! My screen sensor doesn't work and I can't unlock my iPhone to make a backup. I connected the iPhone via a cable to the MacBook. But the macbook doesn't see the iPhone because I can't unlock the iPhone. Can I unlock my iPhone via a Macbook to transfer data and make a backup copy?

Hi Esfir,

Here’s how you can make a backup of your iPhone with your MacBook:

Back up with the Finder

On a Mac with macOS Catalina or later, open a Finder window.
Connect your device to your computer with a USB cable.
If asked for your device passcode or to Trust This Computer, follow the onscreen steps. Get help if you forgot your passcode.
Select your device on your computer. Learn what to do if your device doesn't appear on your computer.
If you want to save Health and Activity data from your device or Apple Watch, you need to encrypt your backup. Select the "Encrypt local backup" checkbox and create a memorable password.

Click Back Up Now.

When the process ends, you can see if the backup finished successfully. You'll see the date and time of your last backup.

Der Bildschirm des iPhones funktioniert nicht, daher kann ich nichts auf dem Bildschirm drücken, um dem Computer zu vertrauen. Daher wird das Gerät im Finder nicht angezeigt. Das ist das Hauptproblem.

In diesem Fall empfehle ich, das iPhone zu einem autorisierten Apple Service Provider oder einem Apple Store in der Nähe zu bringen. Dort kannst du das evtl. iPhone reparieren lassen oder das Backup für dich erstellen lassen, ohne dass du das Gerät entsperren musst.
