Hi all,
I have an issue with my Apple watch, it went off and refuses now to reload. I tried the tips on support website, but nothing helped/changed. Can I visit an Apple Store/make an appointment to show the watch? The warranty is valid, but I don't want to just send the watch in for repair and wait weeks for it to be home delivered back, as we are currently living in a temporary apartment, for example. I tried to call the German phone support, but unfortunately I am an expat who has just moved to Germany and I am not yet fluent in the language. Unfortunately, the service was not available in English.
Hopefully someone will be able to help me? Thank you in advance!
