- iOS 18.2 - Swiping left and right through...

Hey friends. I bought a new iPhone 15, upgrading from an iPhone 6 (lol). And so far all I have is problems with this iPhone 15. Kinda stuttery, in particular when scrolling, the keyboard makes me almost not wanna pick up this phone to reply to messages and other annoying things.
However, one of the most annoying bugs is that when I'm in the photo gallery and swipe through my photos via left and right swipes, then every other photo a swipe is not registered from the touchscreen.
If I do it really fast, it doesn't happen, but if I do it in a normal pace, when for example looking one after another at my last photos, then sometimes a swipe is just not registrered.
Has anyone else that or I should go straight for a refund/repair?
Thanks in advance for your input.
(please no copy paste, reset phone, force restart bla bla answers. I already did all that. Spare me that)
edit: And another annoying thing is that the pinch zoom gesture, when I do it slow, always makes a "jump", a little stutter. After that, it's fluid. However, this behaviour is annoyhing when setting up profile pictures for example and neither happens on my iPhone 6 nor on an android phone from a friend.
