Hello,
I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max online during the pre-order and collected it in Hamburg, Germany. I am currently traveling and would like to request the Tax-Free refund, as I will be returning to Brazil on October 6th and intend to process the refund at the airport.
At the Apple Store, I was informed that since my purchase was made online, I should contact Apple Support to arrange the Tax-Free in a different way.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how we can proceed with this request.
