Ventura Problems with screensharing and Sidecar

Hi,
I have a iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 16.6), a iPad Air 5 (iOS 16.6) and a MacBook Pro with Ventura 13.5 on it.
I'm able to share the screen from the iPhone to the MacBook and from the iPad to the MacBook, but I'm not able to share the screen from the iPhone to the iPad (So können Sie einfach Ihr iPhone auf iPad spiegeln) and from the MacBook to the iPad (Screensharing or Sidecar).
It seems that the iPhone and iPad is not an AirPlay Receiver (like the MacBook).
I have installed Ventura with the OpenCoreLegacy Patcher -> is there maybe a setting which I'm missing?
It's curious that one way of the screensharing is working but the other way around not.
Any help is appreciated.
