Wenn du eine Rückerstattung möchtest, wende dich an den Verkäufer bzw. den Herausgeber des Zahlungsmittels (Kreditkarte).

Ich verstehe gut, dass du dir Sorgen machst, wenn das Geld abgebucht, aber noch nicht beim Empfänger angekommen ist. Bei Apple Pay wird das Geld direkt von deiner Bank verarbeitet und nicht „gehalten“. Falls der Empfänger sein Konto nicht verifiziert hat, wird das Geld normalerweise automatisch zurückgebucht. Wie lange das dauert, hängt von deiner Bank ab und kann ein paar Tage dauern.

I understand that it’s worrying when money is deducted but not received by the recipient yet. With Apple Pay, the money is processed directly by your bank and isn’t held. If the recipient hasn’t verified their account, the amount is usually refunded automatically. The timing depends on your bank and can take a few days.

Am besten prüfst du den Status der Zahlung in deiner Wallet-App und bei Vivid. Gleichzeitig kannst du den Vivid-Support und bei Bedarf den Apple Support kontaktieren. Bewahre alle Zahlungsbelege gut auf, bis das Geld zurück ist.

It’s best to check the payment status in your Wallet app and Vivid account. Also, contact Vivid support and, if needed, Apple Support. Keep all payment receipts until you’ve received the refund.
