Ventura System settings only showing one external monitor

Hi all,
I have a 2023 Macbook Pro 14" M2 and have it connected to a docking station over USB-C. From the docking station, there are 2 external monitors from the same type connected, both Philips. One via DP and the other via HDMI.
Now, in the system settings I see only one external monitor connected.
Both monitors are showing my extended screen but they are synced. But I would like to extend to both screens rather then syncing them. This makes absolutely no sense.
I also tried to detect the monitors over the system settings but it only shows one of them.
It works perfecly fine on my Windows Laptop.
Does someone know how to fix that?
