in erster Linie ist die Bildschirmzeit ja nicht dafür gedacht, Dich an der Nutzung Deines iPhones oder irgendwelcher Apps zu hindern. Sie soll Dich dabei unterstützen Dein Nutzungsverhalten mit konkreten Zahlen zu untermauern .
Auf Grundlage dieser Zahlen kannst Du (musst Du aber nicht) Limits oder Auszeiten einrichten.
Wenn ein Limit oder eine Auszeit eingerichtet ist, gehört vielleicht etwas Selbstbeherrschung dazu nicht doch das Limit oder die Auszeit zu umgehen.

first and foremost "Bildschirmzeit" isn't there to prevent you from using your iPhone or Apps. It's a useful feature to measure and evaluate your behaviour.
Based on this values, limits or downtimes can be set.
If you've set yourself a limit or downtime, then self-control is what counts. ;-)
